1. Nature of Our Products

Hi Romeo sells digital eSIM data plans.
We do not ship physical SIM cards or physical products.

All purchases made through our website are delivered electronically.

2. Delivery Method

Once your purchase is successfully completed:

  • Your eSIM QR code will be delivered by email

  • Delivery is typically instant

  • In most cases, you will receive your eSIM within a few minutes

  • You will also receive installation and activation instructions

If you do not receive your email within 10–15 minutes, please:

  • Check your spam or junk folder

  • Contact our support team

3. Delivery Time

Delivery is considered completed when:

  • The eSIM QR code and installation instructions are sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Under normal circumstances, delivery is immediate (real-time automated processing).

However, delays may occur due to:

  • Incorrect email address provided at checkout

  • Payment authorization issues

  • Technical or system interruptions

  • Fraud prevention verification

Hi Romeo is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect customer information.

4. Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to:

  • Enter a valid and correct email address

  • Ensure their device is compatible with eSIM technology

  • Verify that their device is unlocked

  • Follow the installation instructions correctly

Failure to meet these requirements does not constitute a shipping or delivery failure.

5. Failed or Non-Delivery

If you do not receive your eSIM:

  1. Verify your email address used at checkout

  2. Check spam/junk folders

  3. Contact our support team with your order number

If the issue is caused by an error on our side, we will resend the eSIM at no additional cost.

6. No Physical Shipping

Because our services are digital:

  • There are no shipping fees

  • There are no customs fees

  • There are no physical delivery times

  • There is no courier tracking

All services are delivered electronically.

7. Activation Timing

Purchasing an eSIM does not automatically activate the data plan.

Activation begins:

  • When the eSIM is installed and connected to a supported network, or

  • On the activation date selected (if applicable)
